Meet Tajel

Tajel is passionate about supporting individuals in living fulfilling lives aligned with their goals and values, particularly when mental health challenges arise. With over seven years of experience as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in the U.K., she had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through challenges such as social anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, agoraphobia, trauma, health anxiety, specific phobias, depression, and low self-esteem. Now, as a Provisional Psychologist in Australia, Tajel continues this work by offering both therapy and comprehensive ADHD assessments for those seeking clarity and support.

She provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns. Her approach is compassionate and warm, and she takes pride in helping people feel understood while guiding them toward positive change. Tajel works collaboratively with clients to teach practical tools and techniques, helping them build lifelong skills and reduce symptoms. Her goal is always to ensure progress toward each individual’s goals.

While Tajel enjoys working across a range of mental health issues, she has a keen interest in anxiety-related presentations such as OCD, social anxiety, and panic. She uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating mindfulness and self-compassion practices into her work. Each session is tailored to meet the client's individual needs.

What Tajel loves most about her work is helping people live lives aligned with their values. If you’re interested in working with her or want to learn more, she offers a free 15-minute consultation to see if it’s a good fit. Tajel looks forward to supporting you on your journey.
